Biography

George Ellis (B. Ed) is one of Australia’s best known hospitality educators. His association with the tourism and hospitality industry, and education and training, extends over 30 years. He is a member of “Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs” and has held on-premises liquor licences in both Victoria and Queensland.

George was Associate Director at the College of Tourism and Hospitality, Southbank Institute, Brisbane before moving to Victoria to become Director of Educational Services at William Angliss Institute.
