Professor Alex Frino
Alex Frino is Professor of Finance at the University of Sydney and the Chief Executive Officer of the Capital Markets Cooperative Research Centre. He holds an MPhil from Cambridge University and a PhD from Sydney University. He currently serves on the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Australian Securities Exchange.
Dr. Zhian Chen
Zhian Chen is a lecturer in finance at the University of New South Wales. He holds a PhD from the University of New South Wales and a MComm from the University of Sydney. His teaching focus is introductory finance, and his research speciality is corporate finance and corporate governance.
Dr. Amelia Hill
Amelia Hill works for Moelis & Co and was formerly the Executive Director of UBS Investment Bank and part of UBS’s leading Capital Markets Group. She holds a PhD and BEc (Hons) from the University of Sydney and received the University Medal in Finance. Amelia specialises in equity origination and has advised on numerous initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private capital raisings for public and private companies. In 2006 she was named by the BRW-East Coles survey as one of Australia’s Top 10 Equity Capital Markets Advisers.
