How to shop

Fast Shop is perfect if you know the ISBN and simply want a quick way to enter the ISBN to your cart. It removes the need to browse or search for the items on the store.
You can enter up to 15 different line items. There is no limit to the quantity of each item. For those items that are part of a discounted/special offer, when you enter the ISBN using Fast Shop, you will be able to view the detail of the applied offer.
Creating a list is also possible. You may choose to create a list of resources and select 'Email this list' to your colleagues, friends and students.
If you wish to purchase Educator resources using Fast Shop, you will need to login to your verified Educator account.
If you wish to use Fast Shop and want the order to appear through your eCommerce trading account, simply login. You can login, either prior to using Fast Shop, or when you choose to Checkout.

To search for products, use the search bar at the top right of each page. You can search by title, author, ISBN or key term.
To browse for products, select "Browse resources' from the top navigation.
You can further refine your search by selecting your teaching or learning level, and select the discipline of interest to you.
When you have found the item you wish to purchase, select ADD TO CART button.
You can use the VIEW CART link at the top of the page to view shopping cart contents at any time. When in the shopping cart you can alter the order quantity or remove an item from your cart.
We currently have a limit of 15 individual ISBNs per order. If more than 15 ISBNs are required an additional order will need to be submitted. There is no limit on the number of orders placed.
Proceeding to the checkout
When you are ready to go to checkout, select the VIEW CART link at the top of the page, and select the CHECKOUT link.
You now need to select whether you wish to login to your existing eCommerce account or choose Guest Checkout.
Guest Checkout means that you are not required to register or login to an eCommerce account. This option is ideal if you are purchasing student materials using credit card payment.
Simply enter in your delivery details and select your credit card details.
**Educator resources cannot be ordered through guest checkout. These resources can be purchased using an Educator, School or Bookseller account and to do so, you need to login.
Shipping times will depend upon the stock status of the items you have chosen.

If you are paying by credit card you must use either Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Goods and service tax (GST)
All transactions include GST.
Your receipt will document all product charges. It will state that you have prepaid your order by credit card. Your credit card will not be billed until the product is shipped to you.
Physical products (e.g. text books): A tax invoice is packed with your order.
Digital products (e.g. digital access codes): After placing your order you will receive a Tax Invoice by email that will include your Access Code instructions.
Physical and digital products: If you have purchased a combination of physical and digital products you will receive an email receipt for the digital products, and a second receipt for the physical products which will be packed with your order.
Occasionally the version of a product you have ordered will not be available. If this occurs Pearson may substitute your order with a similar product that will have an alternate ISBN (International Standard Book Number).
Pearson Australia guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with any product you can return it in original condition within 30 days for a full refund (less freight).
