Author biography

Tony Attridge is the owner and director of The College of Health and Fitness, delivering fitness qualifications. He has lectured at various universities and private training organisations for the last 10 years. He consults in strength and conditioning and sport psychology at the Queensland Academy of Sport, where he has worked with a range of Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games medal-winning athletes.

Martin Felice is an accredited exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach and massage therapist. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Martin is an integral member of the medical team with the Football Federation Australia, attending FIFA World Cups with the Joeys, Young Socceroos and Socceroos. Martin also delivers TAFE certificate courses in Fitness while operating a successful business in exercise physiology and massage therapy.
