Author biography

Karen Kearns is the author of the Working in Children’s Services Series and the Children’s Services RSG CDs. She is the director of the International Child Care College (ICCC) in Newcastle, and is heavily involved in the auditing and registration processes, as well as teaching and assessing. She began delivering the old QLD qualification for Education Support and is now delivering this national qualification.
