Star Plays: The Pharoah's Toothache

Miss Philips has found a secret doorway back to Ancient Egypt and meets the Pharaoh who has a toothache that wont go away. His only solution is to sacrifice Miss Philips. Billy and Millie must find a cure for his toothache to save Miss Phillips.

Star Plays are for reading aloud in English lessons, but are also for performance. Together the six playscripts provide a range of genres: two sci-fi adventures, two teenage dramas and two dramatised versions of classic novels, each with a cast of 15 or more characters. The strong stories and vivid black and white illustrations will help to motivate young readers and give students confidence in taking part in drama activities.
