Pearson webinars allow you to discover our resources and
interact with educators from the comfort of your home, staff room
or office. All you require is a computer and access to the
internet.
In a webinar you can:
- View a PowerPoint presentation.
- Listen to expert presenters.
- Have your questions answered via 'chat'.
- Re-watch the webinar recording at a time that suits you.
Pearson webinars run for approximately one hour and all sessions
are run in Elluminate/ Blackboard Collaborate.

Before you view a webinar there are two steps you can take to
ensure your computer is equipped to run the webinar.
Step 1: Check your computer software is up-to-date
Once there, click 'Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing' in
the main body of the page, under 'First Time Users'. You should
then see two green ticks if everything is ok.
Step 2: Configure your audio
Join the Configuration Room to test your connection and
configure your audio.
