How do I open a direct account with Pearson?
Send a completed account application form to the fax or email address listed.
Typically this will be approved within 5 working days. For further details contact your ELT Education Consultant.

We use a tiered account system so please discuss this with your ELT Education Consultant.

Will you have my books in stock?
We endeavour to hold stock of popular titles. This means our major coursebook series and associated teacher's resources along with the most popular Penguin Readers should always be in stock once a title has published.

*If you order any of our ELT titles that are not in stock, we will fly them in at our expense.

How long will it take to get my order?
If you place an order by 10.30 am it will usually leave our Melbourne distribution centre the next day. If you are in regional Australia it may take a few days more to arrive.

What is a Starter Pack?
Comprises of a complimentary teacher's book and Active Teach software along with a set of coursebooks for your first class.
