I have a Bookseller account, can I use it to shop online with Pearson?

Yes, once you have registered your bookseller account online, using your Pearson bookseller account number, you can shop online with Pearson.

How do I register my Pearson Bookseller account?

Select Bookseller from the top navigation bar and follow the onscreen instructions, making sure you include your Pearson bookseller account number. Think of using a generic email address and password so multiple users at the bookstore can use the online account.

I don't have a Pearson bookseller account. How can I set one up?

Contact Customer Service for information on setting up a bookseller account. It takes about 48 hours to make the account active.

I've lost my password. How can I reset the password?

Select the reset password option and follow the instructions. The new password will be sent to the email attached to the account.

The person who had the bookseller online account has left, and the email account is no longer available, what do I do?

Please contact Customer Service for the email address to be changed. This is why using a generic email address is the best approach.

How can I see my net price?

You must be logged into the bookseller section of the website to see your net price.

How can I check stock availability?

If you have access to TitlePage you can see availability of our titles there. Otherwise, contact Customer Service.

How can I send orders to Pearson?

Orders can be made online through our website, by EDI, Emailed, Faxed or Phoned through to Customer Service.

How do I set up an EDI account with Pearson?

I don't want to receive substitute ISBNs. What do I do?

Clearly mark your orders "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE" and your order will not be substituted.

When is Fast Tract available?

Fast Track is available throughout the year. If we receive your order before 11am and the order is clearly marked Fast Track, the stock will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.

Are all orders from United Book Distributors (UBD) consolidated?

Yes, all orders from Pearson, Penguin and other trade agencies are consolidated into one shipment that leaves UBD on one invoice.

How do I return stock to Pearson?

Requests to return stock need to be sent to Customer Service by email or fax. Once a return has been approved, you will be sent confirmation in the mail.
