Each level of VoiceWorks contains beautifully illustrated play scripts for guided and independent reading in the middle-upper primary years. Ideal for class performance and reader’s theatre.

Through VoiceWorks your students’ independent reading strategies will be enhanced as they:

• Work cooperatively with others as they read, rehearse and present plays
• Identify and gain an understanding of the various dramatic script forms
• Discuss the way in which stories work and why characters behave in certain ways
• Share their sense of story and dramatic form with others
• Read and present their own play scripts
• Enjoy playing with language in order to create a response from an audience
