Author biography

Russell Steabben was for many years National President of the Australian Bartenders Guild, and is now Life Honorary Trustee and Member of Council  He is Managing Director of the Melbourne-based training provider Complete Hospitality Training.

Frank Corsar was a senior TAFE teacher for 15 years, and is now a leading industry consultant
