Each chapter on the DVD contains resources for teachers and students to use.
When used in conjunction with the text, the DVD will prove to be an invaluable tool as it assists students to consolidate learning. Vivienne O’Shannessy has worked in and consulted to the tourism and hospitality industries for more than 25 years. She also has extensive training, teaching and resource development experience, and is currently the managing director of a retail wine business. Vivienne co-authored The Road to Hospitality and Accommodation Services under the Prentice Hall imprint. She holds a Master of Business Administration, Diploma of Hospitality Management and Graduate Diploma in Arts.
Dean Minett has worked as a hotel manager, consultant and lecturer, and has travelled extensively in Australia and overseas. He has also worked with and advised casinos, restaurants, hotels and the travel industry for over 28 years and in 2004 he was recognised as a ‘Legend of Tourism’ by Tourism Training Australia. He has a Master of Business in Hospitality and Tourism and is currently Area General Manager, Australia/New Zealand for Ascott International.
